The document linked above outlines two different pension options:

  • Uno Pension Plans (page 1):
    These plans have been developed specifically for business establishments in the hotel and catering industry. They take into account all the provisions of the collective labour agreement for the hotel and catering industry (L-GAV) and are optimally tailored to the specific needs of the sector.
  • Scala Pension Plans (page 2):
    These pension solutions are suitable for business establishments that are not subject to the L-GAV  – such as companies from other sectors. Self-employed individuals, as well as their employees who are insured through the GastroSocial Pension Fund, can also voluntarily protect themselves with a Scala plan.
